Agreement

By using Minder ("the App") or useminder.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Service

Minder helps you capture information and receive AI-assisted reminders. Features may change; we strive to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Accounts

You must sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription via Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the store's terms. Free tier limits (e.g. active reminders) may apply.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to provide the service — including transmission to our subprocessors (such as Google Gemini) for AI extraction as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

AI-assisted service

Minder uses automated AI (currently Google Gemini) to suggest reminder details. By using capture or review features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your text, images, PDFs, audio, and notes may be sent to our servers and then to Google for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You must review and edit every suggestion before saving.
  • Minder is a productivity tool, not professional advice (medical, legal, tax, financial, or otherwise).
  • Minder is not for emergencies or time-critical safety decisions. Do not rely on it as your only reminder for health, safety, or legal deadlines.
  • We do not guarantee that reminders will fire on time, that extraction will be correct, or that the service will meet your specific needs.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NBuilders and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from:

  • AI extraction errors, missed or wrong dates, or incorrect reminder content
  • Missed, delayed, or failed push notifications
  • Reliance on reminders without independent verification
  • Actions or policies of third parties (including Google, Apple, or store platforms)

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
